At FirstNeed, your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to deliver soft, safe, and premium-quality baby clothing. If you face any issue with your order, we’re here to help with an easy and fair return/exchange process.


1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags and packaging are intact
  • You received a wrong item, damaged item, or defective product

Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like bibs, socks, caps, inners, feeders, and accessories are not eligible for return, unless defective.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used or washed products
  • Items without original tags/packaging
  • Accessories (caps, bibs, socks, innerwear, shoes, feeders, etc.)
  • Sale / discounted items (Exchange allowed if product is damaged or incorrect)

3. Exchange Policy

If you receive a wrong size, wrong product, or defective item, we offer a free exchange.
Exchange processing time: 3–5 working days after the product is received back.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are offered in the following cases:

  • Product not available in stock
  • You received a damaged or defective item and do not want an exchange
  • Order canceled before dispatch

  • Bank Transfer
  • Easypaisa / JazzCash
    Processing Time: 3–7 working days

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  5. Our team will approve your return/exchange
  6. Send the parcel back to our return address
  7. After inspection, your exchange or refund will be processed

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled—only return/exchange will apply.
